Ingredients

  • 1medium (2-3/4" across) apple, raw
  • 1/2 cupblueberries, raw
  • 1 containerGreek yogurt, plain, fat free (6oz)
  • 2packets stevia, herbal extract sweetened, powder
  • 2 slicesregular bread, 100% whole wheat
  • 1/2 candrained tuna, canned, water pack (6.5 oz)
  • 1 cupchopped carrots, raw
  • 2 tbsphummus
  • 1 tbspchopped onion, raw
  • 1 tsprosemary
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1/4 cupchopped green pepper, raw
  • 1/4 cupchopped red pepper, raw

Directions

Tuna Sandwich Directions
  1. Drain the tuna in a strainer in the sink. Place chopped red and green peppers in a medium size bowl with the drained tuna.
  2. Add rosemary, oregano, and hummus to the bowl. Mix well.
  3. Spread tuna mixture on 2 slices of bread. Serve with 1 cup of chopped carrots and 1 apple.
Greek Yogurt Directions
  1. Put 1 container (6oz) of Greek yogurt into a small bowl.
  2. Add ½ cup of raw blueberries, and 2 packets of stevia (to sweeten if desired)
