We recommend the following:
Do not consume more than one SlimFast meal replacement bar per day. SlimFast recommends supplementing the SlimFast meal plan with 400IU of Vitamin D. Do not consume any other vitamin and/or mineral supplements while following the SlimFast meal plan unless otherwise directed by a health care practitioner. You should consume a variety of foods from the SlimFast meal plan. Consume a banana at least once a day.
